Positive: Staff is very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast room is nice and good choices.
Negative: Plumbing in my loft room,upstairs bathroom, no toilet paper and water was extremely hot in shower unable to use and downstairs tube the texture was very rough and very so to drain..and disable room not so wheelchair friendly. Sliding door hard to open .
